Revisit Your Skills Self-Assessment

Open your AI Hub self-assessment and update your current level for each skill based on what you've actually used since Week 1.

What to do
  • Load your previous plan if you saved one after Week 0, or start fresh.
  • Score yourself honestly on all 18 skills — 0 (none) through 4 (coach).
  • Check the gap analysis against your target tier and see what moved.
Reminder — how levels are earned

Level 2 comes from joining a session and following along. Level 3 comes from working on something yourself afterwards and showing the result to Xinran — which is exactly what the next agenda item is for.

Show & Tell: What You've Built

Bring anything you've built in Weeks 1–4 — a prompt, a VBA macro, a Workflow Copilot flow, an agent — and get feedback from Xinran and the room.

What counts
  • A prompt or custom instruction you built in Week 1.
  • A Power Query step or AI-assisted VBA macro from Week 2.
  • A Workflow Copilot automation from Week 3.
  • A Copilot agent or chatbot from Week 4.
  • Anything else you tried on your own between sessions.
Nothing built yet?

That's fine — use this slot to watch, ask questions, and pick up ideas from what others share.

Set Your Focus for Weeks 6–8

Pick one or two skills you want to reach Level 3 on before the season wraps, and decide what you need to get there.

What to do
  • Tick "want to learn" on those skills in your self-assessment.
  • Check the recommended resource linked to each skill in the AI Hub.
  • If you'd like a sounding board, book time with Xinran directly from the Ideation Center.
Weeks 6–8 cover AI-Built Dashboards, AI in Excel/Reports/Presentations, and Power Automate — a good moment to line your focus skills up with what's coming.
